Welcome to Bon_Appeties! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bon_Appeties, a sole trader business registered in the Netherlands by Tijs (KVK: 42038858). Bon_Appeties operates this website and store, including all products and services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – BUSINESS STATUS AND LOCATION

Bon_Appeties is a sole trader business registered in the Netherlands.
Business correspondence address: PO Box 469, New South Head Road, Double Bay, NSW 1360, Australia.
The founder currently operates the business remotely.

All industrial designs, product designs, and related intellectual property are personally owned by Tijs and protected under registered design rights in accordance with WIPO (The Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs).

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

Products sold include the culinary multitool and cutting board, containing:

  • Four blades: chef’s, serrated, filleting and paring knife

  • Grater

  • Whisk / Dough hook

  • Spatula

  • Can & bottle opener

Warning & Legal Compliance:

Knives are sharp and may be regulated by local laws.
By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase and possess knives.
Bon_Appeties is not responsible for legal consequences or injuries arising from carrying or using the knives in public, airports, or restricted areas.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws regarding knife possession and usage.

Product colors or appearance may vary due to screen display .
Product specifications, availability, or pricing may change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Orders are offers to purchase and are accepted only after payment is processed.
Orders are for personal or household use only; resale or commercial use is prohibited without consent.
Cancellations are only permitted before order acceptance.
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING

Prices exclude taxes, customs, and shipping unless stated.
International shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility; Bon_Appeties may contribute toward shipping.
Delivery times are estimates; Bon_Appeties is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact info@bonappeties.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect. Proof (e.g., photos or videos) is required.

Free returns apply only to faulty or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or personal accidents

  • Normal wear and tear (including use with food)

  • Knives or components modified, misused, or used in violation of local laws

  • Custom or personalized products

EU Customers: You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period per EU consumer law.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SECTION 6 – LIABILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

Personal Risk: Users assume all risks associated with handling and using products.

Limitation of Liability: Bon_Appeties is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, public use, airport use, or illegal possession/use of knives

  • Food spoilage, lost business, or consequential financial losses

  • Misuse, neglect, or modification of products

Safe Use Advisory: Always use knives and other tools in accordance with proper culinary practices and local regulations. Keep out of reach of children.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, including industrial designs, product designs, trademarks, and website content, is personally owned by Tijs and protected under registered design rights via WIPO (The Hague System).

No part may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Third-party tools or websites linked from our site are provided “as is.”
Bon_Appeties is not responsible for content, accuracy, or liability related to third-party websites.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, except where mandatory EU consumer law applies for EU customers.
